Ram Venkatesh is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Sema4.ai. He is responsible for the long-term technology strategy and vision, collaborating closely with the largest customers, engineering, product, and go-to-market functions. With over 25 years of experience in the enterprise software industry, Ram has a keen interest in generative AI, data management, query processing, and distributed systems. Ram has held senior technical roles at several leading enterprise software and cloud companies. Most recently, he was the CTO at Cloudera, where he successfully oversaw the adoption of big data by customers worldwide, resulting in a quarter of the world's data under management.
