Elmer Morales is a Guatemalan computer scientist, serial entrepreneur, and former software engineering leader at top companies including Accenture and Microsoft, where he led software engineering teams and contributed design and code to the Azure cloud platform. In 2016, he founded Koder, Inc., an on-demand platform that made top coders around the world accessible to thousands of startups and enterprises using a fractional model. Now, as the founder and CEO of koderAI, Elmer is on a mission to empower everyone on Earth with coding superpowers through artificial intelligence.
